| (Training and Equipping Members for Ministry) is a workshop/seminar resource led by West Virginia Baptist Convention staff member guiding leaders through a process of diagnosis, information and planning for growth of the church. This is usually a three day conference for pastors and a weekend for churches. | |

| is an interactive study resource designed to be used in a variety of ways. It contains 52 lessons, which include Bible study, personal application and questions for individual reflection. A leader guide is available. | |

| is an interactive study resource designed to be used in small groups. It contains 13 lessons, which include Bible study, personal application and questions for individual reflection and application. A leader guide is available. | |
