to the website of the West Virginia Baptist Conference Center, a.k.a. (affectionately known as) Parchment Valley.  The purpose of this site is to familiarize you with our facility and its ministry. It is our hope that you find our site pleasing to the eye, informative to the mind and inspiring to your spirit.
    Our conference center is located on over 1200 acres of God's natural beauty just outside the City of Ripley in Jackson County West Virginia.  In addition to our natural settings, we offer modern meeting facilities, which include many of today's teaching and communication technologies, comfortable housing in both lodges and "cabins", all weather activities facilities and let's not forget the tasty meals available in our dining facility.
