How do I register for School of Christian Studies classes?

Once you are placed on the School of Christian Studies mailing list, you will receive a mailing for each class one month prior to its start.  The registration form will give you all information needed for each particular class.  Information includes: class date, time, location, instructor, fees, etc.  Please send registration forms in as soon as possible as a reading assignment may be assigned, for six-week classes and a lunch count will be required, for one-day classes.  If dropping registration and fee off at our Parkersburg office, please subtract your shipping fee, if applicable, and bring exact change.
SIX-WEEK:      
Each mailing for a six-week class will include a list of locations and instructors, along with their start date and time.  Please remember to list your location choice on your registration form.  Please check fees on your registration form carefully.  There are separate fees for those receiving credit, those auditing and those who have graduated.  Those groups have each charge itemized, with the total fee at the bottom.  This is done in case the student does not need a copy of the text and would only need to pay the class fee.  Please mail registration and fees in as soon as possible as a reading assignment may be due for the first class.
Upon receipt of your registration and payment, you will be sent the materials needed for your class.  This will include a textbook, syllabus and evaluation form.  Materials are sent out the same day registrations and payments are received in the office, if received before 1:30 p.m.
ONE-DAY:      
Each mailing for a one-day class will include date, time, location, instructor, etc.  There are separate fees for those receiving credit, those auditing and those who have graduated.  Please mail registrations in to the office a week prior to the class date to assure your lunch will be provided.  We are required to provide Parchment Valley with a lunch count several days prior to the class date.
Upon receipt of your registration and payment, you will be sent the materials needed for your class.  This will include: an evaluation and directions to Parchment Valley.  Please arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. to check-in.  Class will begin around 9:00 a.m.  Snacks and lunch are included in your fee.  If you have any special dietary needs, please call Parchment Valley at 800.489.8564.  Tell them the class and date you are attending and your specific requirements.  Materials are sent out the same day registrations and payments are received in the office, if received before 1:30 p.m.
